Ongoing co-ordination will ensure consistent standards and that buildability is embedded in the designs. This will support a reduced construction programme, minimising material waste and environmental disruption.
Contractors will ensure that due consideration is taken of the environmental site needs and the needs of neighbouring landowners and occupiers. Typically, this would require controls on site traffic, site hours of operation, site noise and waste management.
Site working hours
8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
8am to 1pm on Saturdays (only as required).
Main site access/egress off Jones Road shared with car park.
Restricted delivery periods during school term.
No deliveries between 8.30am – 9.00am and 3:00pm – 3:30pm.
Site parking for operatives will be off site.
Disruptive works programmed during school closures or out of hours.
